Cancel/Change Order

1. Order Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind or need to cancel an order placed at homekano.com, you can cancel your order free of charge, provided that it has not yet been processed or dispatched by our warehouse team.

• Before Processing/Shipping: If your request is submitted before our daily cut-off time (5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday), we will cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
• After Processing/Shipping: If your order has already entered fulfillment or been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we are unable to stop or cancel the package in transit. In this case, please wait for the package to arrive and refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a standard return.

2. Order Change Requests

If you need to make changes to an active order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Modifications may include:

• Shipping Address Updates: Correcting a typo or changing the destination address before shipment.
• Item Quantity or Style Adjustments: Swapping a decor piece for another item of equal value or adding/removing items from your order.

Please note that once an order has been assigned a tracking number or shipped out, no address or item adjustments can be made.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request an order cancellation or modification, please follow these steps promptly:

1. Send an email to support@homekano.com.
2. Use the Subject Line: "URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]" or "URGENT: Change Order #[Your Order Number]".
3. Include your full name, order number, and the specific details of the change or cancellation you wish to make.

4. Cancellation Refunds

When an order cancellation is successfully confirmed before processing, a full refund ($0 restocking fee) will be initiated immediately. Refunds take between 3 to 10 business days to reflect in your original bank, card, or PayPal account depending on your provider.
